Cancel any time, no phone tree, no negotiation.
Short version
You can cancel your Review Concierge monthly plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month — the Service continues through the end of the month you have already paid for, and stops the day after. The one-time $136 setup basket is non-refundable once setup work has begun; see the Refund Policy.
How to cancel
- Email review-concierge@polsia.app with your business name and the email you used on the order. Subject line: “Cancel my plan”.
- A real person on the team reads it the same business day and writes back to confirm. You do not need to log in.
- At the end of the current month, we stop posting and replying, hand back all credentials, and confirm in writing.
After cancellation
You keep every account we ever connected to or created on your behalf — we remove our team access within 30 days. Revoking our access sooner is fine: change the password on any connected platform at any time and our session is cut immediately.
Re-activating
You can come back any month. If you reactivate within 90 days we keep your voice document and the connected platforms; if more time has passed we resume with a fresh onboarding at the then-current setup price.
