By placing an order with Review Concierge (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. The Service is a done-for-you review and optional social media service for small businesses in the United States. Review Concierge operates as described at the time of your order.
1. Your accounts stay yours
You retain full ownership of every Google Business Profile, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and social media account connected to the Service. We log in on your behalf under credentials you share with us; offboarding is “change the password”. We never transfer ownership of a connected account to ourselves.
2. What you pay
Your first payment covers month 1 of your selected monthly plan plus a one-time $136 onboarding and platform-setup basket ($49 onboarding + $29 × 3 platform setup). The $136 is charged once and never recurs. Subsequent payments are for the monthly plan only. All prices are listed in USD.
3. Renewal and cancellation
Your monthly plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing the team; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month and does not refund the current month. See the Cancellation Policy for the full procedure.
4. Refunds
The one-time $136 setup basket is non-refundable once any setup work has begun on your behalf — see the Refund Policy. Monthly subscription fees for the current month are non-refundable; we do not pro-rate partial months.
5. Your content and our replies
You grant us a limited licence to log in to your connected accounts using the credentials you provide, post and reply on your behalf according to the brand voice document we agree during onboarding, and store the operational metadata (review URLs, post IDs, timestamps) needed to deliver the Service. You retain ownership of all original content; we own the templates and tooling.
6. Sensitive reviews
We flag reviews involving accusations, refund demands, health concerns, or other sensitive situations for your review before posting a reply. You accept final responsibility for any reply posted in your name.
7. Acceptable use
The Service is for legitimate small businesses. We do not use the Service to post false reviews, fabricate testimonials, or evade sanctions. We may suspend or terminate the Service for misuse without refund.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific review outcomes, ranking changes, or revenue.
