Privacy Policy

When you place an order with Review Concierge we collect: your business name, contact name and email, optional phone number, business city and state, the URLs of any existing review listings you provide, the plan you choose, and payment metadata returned by our payment processor. We also receive operational data from the connected platforms: review URLs and timestamps, post IDs, response times.

We do not collect passwords for your connected accounts in a database — you share them through the onboarding handoff, and we store them in the team password manager authorised for your account. We do not collect payment card numbers; payments are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor.

To deliver the Service: to log in to the accounts you authorise us to manage, to reply to or post on those accounts in your brand voice, to issue invoices, and to write back to you about your account. We do not use your data to train AI models and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

Operationally we share only with: (a) our payment processor, for billing; (b) the review and social platforms you authorise us to connect to, for the actions you hired us to perform; (c) our email provider, for transactional and onboarding messages. We do not share with marketing partners.

We retain your order record for the duration of the engagement plus seven years for tax and accounting reasons. Connected-account credentials are removed within 30 days of cancellation. Operational metadata (review timestamps, post IDs) is retained for one year after cancellation for audit, then deleted.

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing review-concierge@polsia.app. We respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA; we honour them.
